Dedicated to personalized care, Shalem Hospice Care was looking to deliver a complete experience from beginning to end for their patients and their families. We developed a modern brand that embodies their mantra of “embracing the circle of life.”
We selected iconography and colors that delivered on their communication goals of tranquility, hope, and compassion. We also coordinated original photography of staff caring for a patient to feature the Shalem staff's commitment to authentic experiences.
Once the brand took shape, we crafted messaging for a new website that would become a source of information for patients and their families while also appealing to medical practitioners who commonly refer patients to a select group of hospice care organizations. We showcased Shalem’s knowledge and reputation to reach both audiences.
